Scope of Work

Services are provided per the accepted written proposal. Changes after start may affect price/time.

Payments follow the schedule in the proposal. Late payments may pause work.

Workmanship warranty per proposal. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials.

Client provides reasonable access during work hours.

We maintain proper licensing/insurance. Liability limited to the amount paid for services as permitted by law.
